When you sign up for the Virtual Safety Department service, you get your very own advisor and consultant you can contact during office hours, and when there is an emergency.

The fee starts from £1,500 a month. A company with up to 100 employees will typically pay £1,500 a month (without any of the optional add-ons).


Price varies depending on number of employees. To get an exact quote, please contact us. 


Optional add-ons can be taken at any time – price varies according to need.

Payments can be made monthly, quarterly or yearly. Yearly payment saves you a month’s fee – you get a month free. Cost of special OSH/SHE software, physical visits, and classroom trainings will be paid for separately as and when needed.

We do not hold you down with a contract. We understand things change and your needs may change. You can cancel at anytime as long as you give us 30 days notice. Deal?

We are available Monday – Friday from 8am to 6pm GMT for you. Outside these hours, your emails and text or WhatsApp messages will be picked up by client liaison and emergencies dealt with immediately. Non-urgent messages or enquiries will be responded to on the next working day.

Virtual support is unlimited – please see our note concerning the hours. We have an online client portal you will be given access to. You will have access to all your files, calendar for meetings booked, notes, chat with us and lots more!

We presently can only visit UK locations. Physical visits will be charged for, including mileage, accommodation and any other work-related expenses.

You have 7 days after you sign on to cancel your contract and get a refund. Any period after this will require a 30-day cancellation notice.
